What services do you offer?
Build & Burn- an 8-week strength training program, designed for beginners to learn basic movements, or more experienced lifters to follow a proven program, easily adaptable to complete at home or in the gym, with instructional videos, tips and direct chats with your coach anytime. $299 for 8 weeks.
For those with a bit more experience, an injury or a specific goal you’re training for, my personalised 1-1 coaching is for you. Workouts are tailored to your fitness goals, whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement. $199/month
All programs have the option to add include nutrition coaching, whether that’s meal plans, macro tracking or just making better choices by learning how to fuel your body properly to build muscle and burn fat.
Nutrition add-on $75/month
I offer in-person personal training in London, Ontario beginning at $65/ session, as well as UFE posing sessions at $75/hour.
I also offer a 1 off nutrition call, to go over your current diet, goals and dietary restrictions, build a personalised meal plan, discuss macros and how to track, and take your nutrition to the next level. This is beneficial for someone with absolutely no nutrition experience, looking to make a few healthier changes, or a fitness competitor looking to do cut or bulk season, and everyone in between.
What does the 8 week Build & Burn program include?
The program includes 5x workouts a week, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and unlimited support to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
Do I need any special equipment for your workouts?
Depending on your goals and current fitness level, you may need access to basic gym equipment or home workout tools. We’ll work with what you have available!
What does 1-1 coaching include?
Our 1-1 coaching is a highly personalised workout plan tailored to your specific goals, advanced nutrition coaching, progress tracking, and ongoing motivation and support to help you reach your fitness goals.
How are workouts delivered?
FeelFab Fitness works with the Everfit App to access your workouts, input meals, add progress photos and contact your coach in one place. The app includes detailed workouts, including instructional videos with each exercise.
